Further to our conversation I would like to clarify what we hope to achieve from survey/database cleanse. Written report of figures, data and feedback from survey and phone call. The objective of the email survey is to find out business needs for our region and how we can improve our services. Consolidation of new data and old data into one list to conduct the telemarketing email survey. Assistance with the wording of survey and telemarketing script. * Can you please confirm that New data "buy in" will not to be more then 6 months old. * Data compiled will consolidate with our ACT software.
