the couple are both working, have 2 kids renting.Early this year, bought 3 investment properties. One just has been settled in QLD. The other two will be settled mid next year. One in Melbourne and the last one in Sydney. Recently just bought a car park too, which is also for investment, it will be settled in 90 days. business is supplying tiles, deliver the tiles to the site to put them on the roof, Australia Roofing tiles, not spoken to anyone yet, quote to take all the invoices, underwite the risks, needing an insurance to get started, negotiating to big builders, getting clients for $60,000-80,000/wk, doing it on a local basis, involved with an establishment to complete contsruction in 2 weeks, to produce around 20,000-40,000 tiles a day., to supply major buiolders in VIC, with an expected turnover of $50,000 a day.  GOOD BUDGET

I am after a quote for carpet steam cleaning for 5 bedrooms, study, lounge and dining. The house is empty, so I am planning to clean before moving in. I hold an AFS licence which permits to trade in horse racing schemes (AFS 226693. Every year I\\\'m required to get my books audited. The usual fee for this is $4000. Over the last few years, my gross sales have dropped from $600,000pa to around half that and I now find $4000 rather excessive. Our books are in very good order, all receipts are in place and there are approximately 100 sales to verify. My aim is to find someone to audit my books for around half of what I\\\\\\\\\\\'m now paying.

needing an Auditor in the area, need it done on September 30th, paid $4,000 when it was a big job, but the turover now is $600,000, which is half, so willing to pay $2000 for this job since everything as already there.
