The other two will be settled mid next year. One in Melbourne and the last one in Sydney. Recently just bought a car park too, which also for investment, it will be settled in 90 days. Currently have one home loan and will be another one for the car park, may have more home loan next year for the other two properties.

ran an investment with an IFSl Licence needing an Accountant/Auditor for the business as part of the license requirement, an ASIC regisytered Auditor, got no idea about the charge but willing to pay as required, FLEXIBLE BUDGET

Am replacing kitchen so need to disconnect gas cooker and water at sink and then when kitchen installed connect sink with water and connect new gas cooker. dont need to reposition anything all in same place.

I required an ASIC approved Auditor to independently review and report my company\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s financial for the 2009/10 FY. Full financials are completed and available - trial balance, general ledger and copies of receipts / invoices. There were approximately 25 transactions for the year as it is a recently established business. The job is not complex and all paperwork is ready to go.

business is supplying tiles, deliver the tiles to the site to put them on the roof, Australia Roofing tiles, not spoken to anyone yet, quote to take all the invoices, underwite the risks, needing an insurance to get started, negotiating to big builders, getting clients for $60,000-80,000/wk, doing it on a local basis, involved with an establishment to complete contsruction in 2 weeks, to produce around 20,000-40,000 tiles a day., to supply major buiolders in VIC, with an expected turnover of $50,000 a day.  GOOD BUDGET
