accounting software, the client want some onsite training, somebody that does quickbooks, with practical knowledge so they can learn how to use QuickenPlus.

Paint toilet, small room and all doors and door frames and touch up certain ceiling and wall areas which have been repaired. Some areas require small holes to be filled and some RENDERING may be needed to make the wall smooth. base coat on already on rooms, will be using Taubmans Argos Cream on walls and Cradle white on ceiling to match rest of unit. Doors all unpainted, door frames all w old paint still on, not sanded yet. no idea on price thus budget just a wild guess.

accessories store, 8 year old business. One Accountant at the moment but about to be fired. There are a few little final things that has to happen like the tax return from this financial year for the current year onwards, so that will be due to start work for July onwards. Good budget

Intially wants to work with a draftmen who can draw up the plans to submit for approvals. Client also owns several other blocks around VIC which he needs plans to be drawn. If he his happy with what the draftmen has to offer, there will be ongoing work. His budget is pretty flexible based on what the draftmen can offer.
