The Federal Government has set up a program to assist Australian families to save money on their electricity and water bills by installing energy efficient products in the home. The Federal Government's 'Green Loan' program makes available a loan of up to $10,000, available to Australian residents, to make households more energy and water efficient.

Home Sustainability Assessment

Assessors are trained, trustworthy professionals who have a working knowledge of how to improve a home’s environmental performance such as heating and cooling, energy consumption and water use.

Assessors visit your home; make an assessment of both the current performance of your house and your aspirations for improvements in environmental performance. The assessors will then provide professional and practical advice on affordable improvements that will make your home more comfortable, save you money and the environment.

To ensure the highest quality of service to Australian households, certified assessors have had police checks before they can be an assessor and are subject to regular auditing. Certified assessors are backed by Professional Indemnity and Liability Insurances and meet requirements for quality assurance and continuing professional development.
